These are not hypothetical scenarios. Every result here came from a real business with real challenges that we helped solve.
Trusted by businesses across the UK and beyond
CompaniesHub set out to make UK business intelligence accessible to everyone, not just large corporations with expensive Bloomberg terminals. We built a Python-based intelligence platform that tracks 4.8 million UK companies, indexes 30+ million financial records, and surfaces growth signals by location, sector, and industry. Manual research that used to take hours on Companies House now takes seconds. Used by accountants, investors, and business owners across the UK to qualify leads, spot acquisition targets, and benchmark sectors.
Chá de Beleza Afro is a Portuguese non-profit empowering Black women and Afro-entrepreneurs across 8+ countries. They were managing 700+ entrepreneurs, 20+ annual events, and a 3,000+ strong community entirely through WhatsApp and social media. No website meant no authority for sponsorship conversations, no central place for events, blogs, or podcast episodes, and no way to scale beyond the founders' inboxes. We delivered a comprehensive discovery package and a phased website build with event management, membership system, blog, podcast integration, and multilingual support, giving them a clear roadmap from manual operations to a professional digital platform that grows with the community.
Roots BJJ had just opened in Ipswich with no website, no booking system, and no way to accept payments online. They were relying entirely on word of mouth and WhatsApp. We built their complete digital ecosystem from scratch: a professional website, integrated Stripe payments for memberships and pay-as-you-go classes, online booking, digital waivers, and a fully set-up Google Business Profile with a process for collecting reviews. Within three months they were ranking in the top 2 on Google for "Ipswich BJJ" and generating a steady stream of new students every month.
Amin Martial Arts had a slow, outdated, bloated website with plugins that had not been updated in years. It was eventually hacked, taking their entire online presence offline. We recovered the business, rebuilt the site from scratch with a modern design, moved them to better hosting at a lower monthly cost, hardened security, set up ongoing monitoring, and re-optimised their SEO. The result: a faster, more secure, more discoverable presence with lower running costs.
147 Performance was running entirely from Facebook and Instagram, constantly answering the same questions and losing potential clients who could not find basic information about services, pricing, or how to book. We built a comprehensive website with all their services, pricing, FAQs, and booking information clearly laid out. Now they can send people to the website 24/7 and attract new clients through search, on top of their existing social media presence.
SK Decor is an experienced painter and decorator in Ipswich operating solely through word of mouth. Years of quality work, no digital presence to point new customers to. We built a professional website showcasing their portfolio, services, and customer testimonials, plus set up a Google Business Profile so they appear in local search. New customers are now finding them through Google for the first time, on top of the steady referral stream they already had.
LDS Painting & Decorating in Felixstowe had their Facebook account hacked, wiping out their entire online presence overnight. Their only other digital presence was a small TikTok following that was not bringing in work. We rapidly built them a professional website on their own domain, independent of any social media platform that could be taken away again. Portfolio, services, contact, and a Google Business Profile to match. Within weeks they had a steady flow of enquiries through search.
Butterfly Childcare Suffolk is an OFSTED-registered day nursery, after-school club, and holiday club in Ipswich. Their PPC partner, Adregen, was running well-targeted Google Ads but the landing experience could not retain or convert the visitors the ads were sending. The site was tired, slow, and did not communicate the things parents care about most. Adregen brought us in as their white-label development partner to redesign and rebuild the site from the ground up: modern, accessible, fast, mobile-first, with the trust signals parents need at a glance (real photos of the setting, the team, opening hours, fees, OFSTED status, the approach to learning) and a clear path to enquire. Adregen brought the brand and the ad strategy. We brought the engineering and the conversion-focused UX. The result is a site that finally gives every paid click somewhere worth landing.
Max Moto Graphics is a custom motorsport graphics studio with a strong Instagram following but no professional website. A back catalogue of 80+ original designs needed a proper showcase. We built a portfolio website with categorised galleries (bikes, helmets, vehicles), SEO-optimised image naming so the work is findable in search, enquiry forms, and social media integration. Now discoverable through Google for custom graphics enquiries beyond just the racing community.
Waldson is an artist from São Tomé based in Portugal. He had no professional way to showcase his artwork online and was relying on social media and word of mouth to sell his pieces. We built a simple, elegant portfolio site that lets the artwork speak for itself. Quick turnaround, clean design, and a professional URL he can share with galleries, buyers, and collectors anywhere in the world.
National Tech Hub started with a simple mission: help local businesses in Suffolk and the surrounding area get a digital presence that actually works. That meant websites, web development, and SEO. The things that turn an online presence into customers walking through the door, students enrolling, enquiries landing in an inbox. From there it grew into the practical layer: payment processing, online memberships, booking systems, content management, and the small operational improvements that compound into freed-up hours every week.
The next phase is empowering businesses further with AI. Not the buzzword version. The practical version: agents that handle repetitive and predictable tasks, and tools that give every individual in your organisation higher leverage on the work that actually moves the needle. Same mission, sharper instruments.
Our approach is consistent. We listen first. We map your current processes (the AS-IS) and design a target state (the TO-BE) with you, not at you. Then we build, ship, and stay around to make sure it works.
